It was a very simple process to create my custom was seal stamp ... when i received it, it was what I had ordered BUT I was a bit thrown off by the lack of depth to the cuts ... Its very flat compared to my single letter monogram that has a deeper cut to it

Seems solid and well made, the stamp characters are spot on. The actual stamp head can be swapped, so I will probably be getting more of them.

I ordered a custom monogrammed wax seal and wax for my teenaged daughter for Christmas. I was able to get a custom order, choosing her initial and the font and decoration, and faster than I could get a generic one from Amazon which told me I couldn't get a simple alphabet kit in time for Christmas. My order here came on time and my daughter loved it. It was exactly as advertised and customized and she has already been enjoying using it. She shared with me she had already been watching people do sealing on Instagram but never imagined having her own kit and special monogram. My purchase also included a coupon when it arrived so we will definitely be ordering again to get more wax. Couldn't be happier! This is a beautiful piece, and it is great. I would certainly buy variants of my monogram. The only part I wish is that it would be a little deeper for better distinction of the image.

The wicks are a little funny initially, mine sorta just burned to the wax and went out. Had to relight and hold it a bit to keep it going. Other than that no issues with the wax. The seal was a lot nicer than I expected, as was the handle. Really easy to use.
